Descripción del trabajoDevelop new features and bugfixes for web-based Java application Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customers via ticketing system and phone Participate in design decisions and help prioritize features and bugs Write and expand user, administration, and API documentation Miscellaneous IT-related tasks Other duties as required Experience with Java-based programming Experience with version control systems Experience with relational databases, in particular MySQL and PostgreSQL Basic knowledge of web based technologies Strong knowledge of core programming concepts, including typical algorithms, software design patterns, etc. Effective in working with strong technical teams Excellent communication and written skills Analyze user requirements and existing business process. Translate business requirements into technical specifications. Working knowledge of Linux systems, including navigating a shell and general command-line utilities Experience with the Java servlet API and servlet containers like Jetty, Tomcat, etc. Experience with Eclipse and equinox (OSGI) Experience with Ant or Ivy, shell scripting, and related technologies Experience with GWT and / or Vaadin, or other UI libraries Experience with HTML, CSS, Javascript, XML Experience using and implementing REST based APIs Experience with GIT or mercurial Experience with Asterisk or other Voice-over IP technologies Experience with QT and / or C / C++ Experience with JMS and other J2EE technologies Experience with Atlassian Products, such as JIRA, Bamboo, Confluence, Stash / Bitbucket
