Finance Director

A company is looking for a Director of Finance & Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as lead accountant for client businesses, ensuring value and insights from finance and accounting functions

Manage the client accounting process, including financial reporting, revenue cycle, and payroll oversight

Lead monthly client meetings, providing insights and coaching on metrics usage and departmental management

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration

10 years of experience as a Controller to Director of Finance level in a SaaS firm

Strong QuickBooks Online experience; familiarity with Xero, Intacct, and NetSuite is a plus

Master's degree in accounting, MBA, and / or CPA license preferred

Experience successfully revamping accounting and finance processes and technologies
