Descripción del trabajoStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical information clearly to a range of stakeholders. Demonstrated passion for the construction industry, especially related to sustainability and decarbonization. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and compliance. Strong organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment. Critical thinking and problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach. Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as within a collaborative team setting. Commitment to maintaining a safe, professional, and high-quality work environment. Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field. Foundational understanding of energy efficiency principles, decarbonization strategies, and construction safety protocols. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word. Familiarity with or willingness to learn project management software and scheduling tools. Basic knowledge of risk management processes, including documentation and mitigation support. Capable of managing project documentation, data collection, and subcontractor tracking.

The Arch Energy Intern supports project teams in advancing energy and decarbonization objectives across various job sites. This role offers hands-on experience in safety administration, risk monitoring, subcontractor coordination, and daily project documentation within a dynamic construction environment.
Responsibilities / Essential Functions
- Assist in the execution and support of energy and decarbonization projects to advance sustainable construction goals.
- Support the administration of project safety programs, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for all team members.
- Review and document risk management activities, continuously monitoring and reporting on potential project risks.
- Accurately record subcontractor daily work, coordinate the gathering and distribution of project information, and maintain high-quality project documentation.
- Participate in weekly project meetings to stay aligned with team progress and objectives.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the project team to support overall project success.
