    As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our growing organization. This is more than just a sales role; it's an opportunity to lead a dynamic team, drive business growth, and provide an exceptional customer experience that directly contributes to the success of V / O Med Spa.

    Key Responsibilities

    Drive Sales Performance : Lead by example, achieving and exceeding sales targets by consulting with clients, delivering tailored treatment solutions, and closing deals with your expert sales strategies.

    • Team Leadership : Manage and mentor a high-performing team, ensuring they achieve their full potential through training, motivation, and ongoing support. Foster a culture of growth, accountability, and positive energy within your team.
    • Customer Experience Excellence : Enhance the client experience by providing consultations, answering questions, and guiding clients through their treatment options, ensuring they feel valued and informed throughout their journey.
    • Revenue Growth : Utilize a combination of consultative sales, relationship-building, and data analysis to identify opportunities, optimize sales processes, and drive both immediate and long-term growth.
    • Data-Driven Insights : Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales data to inform strategic decisions, improve operational efficiency, and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
    • Cultivate Relationships : Build lasting client relationships through excellent service and follow-ups, leveraging positive reviews and referrals to drive business.
    • Utilize Technology : Manage sales performance using company software systems and tools, ensuring accurate tracking, scheduling, and reporting of sales data.
    • Qualifications

      Sales Experience : Minimum of 2 years of experience in a commission-driven sales environment, preferably in a management or leadership role.

    • Track Record of Success : Proven ability to exceed sales goals and lead high-performing teams to achieve and surpass their targets.
    • Strong Communication Skills : Exceptional consultative selling, negotiation, and closing abilities, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Team Leadership : Experience managing and developing small teams (2-5 people), with a passion for coaching and driving results.
    • Problem Solver : Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to anticipate client needs and provide proactive recommendations.
    • Tech-Savvy : Comfortable with software systems and tools for managing operations, tracking sales performance, and client data.
    • Education : High school diploma or GED equivalent required; bachelors degree preferred.
