Our servers have more contact with each guest than anyone else and as a result, as the largest impact on whether the guest sees the dining experience as good or bad. The goal of every server should be to provide the R.E.W.A.R.D. to every guest.

SERVER : Basic Job Duties :

  • Greets Guest a table
  • Verifies meal ticket
  • Delivers meals
  • Communicates with Guest throughout the meal period, making sure the Guests are satisfied

Qualifications :

  • Service and Hospitality is #1

  • Must be Reliable and Punctual
  • Be Team-Oriented
  • Be Multi-Tasking
  • Have Organizational Skills
  • Have Excellent Communication Skills
  • Ability to Thrive in the Fast-Paced Environment
  • Have Positive Attitude
  • Have Professional Appearance and meet Company Grooming Standards
  • Food experience preferred, but not required
  • Current Food Handler certificate
  • Ability to carry / lift 20 lbs
