Descripción del trabajoLead, train, and coach a team of Call Center Representatives Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls Monitor team performance and optimize call conversion rates Handle escalated customer issues and ensure service excellence Work closely with technicians to coordinate efficient scheduling and dispatching Maintain accurate records and utilize ServiceTitan or similar CRM software Develop strategies to improve efficiency, drive sales, and increase retention 3+ years of call center management experience (HVAC or home services experience preferred) Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop teams Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities Fast and accurate typing (45+ WPM) Tech-savvy, with experience using Microsoft Suite & ServiceTitan (preferred) Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment Must pass a pre-employment drug screen & background check Competitive salary + performance-based bonuses Leadership role with growth potential State-of-the-art call center and technology Supportive and collaborative team culture Incentive bonuses and professional development opportunities
