Senior Implementation Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Implementation Manager, Health Plans.

Key Responsibilities

Own all aspects of the new customer implementation process from sales handoff to launch

Collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, and customers to engage customer populations effectively

Develop project management processes for implementations, including plans, milestones, and risk mitigation strategies

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience managing implementations or similar operational functions in a client-facing capacity

Deep knowledge of health plans and / or employer benefits space, including HIPAA understanding

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple customers and projects simultaneously

High responsiveness and resourcefulness in developing and implementing creative solutions

Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-growth environments
