Dispatcher

A company is looking for a Dispatcher to join their team in a work-from-home capacity.

Key Responsibilities

Assign and organize trips for third-party transportation providers to ensure optimal performance

Monitor and document transportation provider performance, including on-time issues and no-shows

Establish effective communication with transportation providers and provide feedback to management

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or G.E.D

Must reside in an approved state

6+ months of customer service experience

2+ years in transportation routing, dispatching, and scheduling expertise preferred

1 year experience with applicable transit scheduling systems preferred
