Registered Nurse (RN) – Full-Time

East Liberty Family Health Care Center – Pittsburgh, PA

East Liberty Family Health Care Center (ELFHCC) is a community-rooted health center committed to delivering high-quality, whole-person care to individuals and families across Pittsburgh. We are seeking compassionate and experienced Registered Nurses to join our growing team of professionals who are passionate about serving diverse and underserved populations.

As an RN at ELFHCC, you'll work closely with physicians and nurse practitioners to provide comprehensive outpatient care, support clinical operations, and help ensure every patient receives respectful, coordinated services. This full-time position (40 hours / week) offers a $5,000 retention bonus after one year of service.

Key Responsibilities

Room patients and assist with assessments, triage, and procedures

Perform phlebotomy, administer immunizations, and support provider exams

Deliver excellent phone triage and patient communication

Maintain organized, high-quality care in a fast-paced outpatient setting

Uphold infection control and safety protocols

Qualifications

Current Pennsylvania RN license; BSN preferred

Minimum 3 years of RN experience in outpatient care

Experience as a charge nurse or nurse lead strongly preferred

Pediatrics or OB experience is a plus

Bilingual in Spanish and English encouraged to apply

COVID and influenza vaccinations required

Compensation

Salary is commensurate with experience.
