Wheels Up is looking for a world-class GSE Maintenance and Facilities Technician in Erlanger, KY to join our team of dedicated and passionate professionals, fueled by the most powerful brand in private aviation, as we continue our mission of democratizing the private aviation space through cutting-edge technology and innovative product and service offerings.
Responsibilities

In this position you will work independently under the supervision of the Production Manager. Your responsibility will be to preserve the excellent condition and functionality of our business premises. Your duties will include maintaining aircraft ground support equipment, conducting required facility inspections and assessments, scheduling repairs, escorting vendors, maintaining inventory, and developing preventative maintenance procedures as well as keep buildings in a clean, orderly condition.
- Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems to identify any issues.
- Coordinate repair of faulty equipment units and damaged structures.
- Plan and schedule repairs.
- Conduct periodic quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure everything is up to standard.
- Perform daily routine janitorial tasks within the interior and exterior of the facility.
- Perform general maintenance tasks including landscaping, painting, and carpentry.
- Maintain the inventory records for equipment and supplies.
- Maintain aircraft ground support equipment.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- General mechanical knowledge.
- Active, valid Driver’s License required.
- Must be able to obtain SIDA authorization for airport-controlled area access.
- Must have the ability to handle physical workload, have a strong attention to detail along with strong organizational skills.

Salary Range
The wage range for this position $20/Hr. - $25/Hr. is determined on a variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, such as differences in skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. This wage range has not been adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with where the position may be filled. At Wheels Up, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. Your placement within the wage range is primarily based on your qualifications and experience.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
