Director of Financial Planning

A company is looking for a Director of FP&A and Business Intelligence.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and execute comprehensive financial plans aligned with strategic objectives

Provide insightful analysis of financial performance and prepare regular financial reports

Lead and mentor a team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred

10+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 5 years in a leadership role

Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial modeling and forecasting techniques

Advanced proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI

Knowledge of ERP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
