Project Patch, a licensed and accredited behavioral residential treatment facility located in the picturesque Garden Valley, Idaho, is currently seeking a treatment therapist. Let work fit into your life schedule, not the other way around! 3, 4, or 5-day work-week schedule available.

  • $5,000 sign-on Bonus
  • Moving reimbursement
  • Monthly student loan reimbursement.

Up to $5,250 tax free student loan repayment annually

  • Located in beautiful Garden Valley, Idaho on the banks of the Payette River. 1 Hour North of Boise
  • $15 per month Full Employee Medical / Dental / Vision Insurance.

  • Employment qualifies for Federal Student Loan Forgiveness.
  • Come grow with us. We will pay for you to earn your next level of license and provide supervision for your LMSW, LMFT, LPC, LCPC, or LCSW certification.
  • Located one hour outside of Boise, the Garden Valley / Crouch Idaho area is an outdoor lover's paradise with countless recreational options.
  • Low-cost employee housing is often available on site.

    • Project Patch is an Idaho State licensed and The Joint Commission accredited faith-based Adolescent Residential Treatment Center

    Our successful candidate will :

  • Conduct individual crisis counseling / therapy, group counseling, family counseling, and teach DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) as their primary duties.
  • Implement Trauma-Informed Care in sessions and support TIC facility-wide (training provided).
  • Provide weekly communication with parents through email or phone calls.
  • Field phone and email inquiries from parents / guardians.
  • Supervise family visits.

    • Project Patch is a non-profit Christian-based residential treatment center for adolescents aged 12-17. Children attend our program because they are starting to make unhealthy decisions, and community-based interventions have not been successful. Our program is licensed by the State of Idaho as a Child Residential Treatment program for up to 40 clients and employs 40 staff.
