General Maintenance Worker
The Community Events Division is on the hunt for a reliable, detail-oriented, and fun-loving General Maintenance Worker to help care for some of Albuquerque's most iconic venues including the Historic KiMo Theatre, South Broadway Cultural Center, and the Route 66 Visitor Center! In this role, you'll be responsible for general upkeep and daily maintenance, painting, light carpentry, basic plumbing, preventative maintenance, and minor repairs. Perform maintenance and repair of buildings, machinery and electrical and mechanical equipment; coordinate maintenance activities, including personnel, materials and equipment to complete assigned maintenance / site projects and perform a variety of technical tasks relative to assigned areas of responsibility. Associate's degree from an accredited college or university in construction technology; and Four (4) years of general construction or facility maintenance experience.
