Program Manager IV

A company is looking for a Program Manager IV to provide administrative and operational leadership across International & Emerging Markets and Marketing departments.

Key Responsibilities

Direct and manage department operational and business activities

Lead cross-departmental projects and initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational goals

Develop and manage department operating budgets and financial activities

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field with six years of related experience, or a Master's Degree with five years of related experience

Knowledge of statistical and financial analysis, primary research, and business plan development

A minimum of six years of related experience, preferably in a healthcare setting

Master's Degree may substitute for one year of experience

Demonstrated leadership and organizational abilities
