Job Description

As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy services. Your responsibilities will include :

Maintaining necessary certifications and training to operate fulfillment equipment (forklifts, automation, etc.)

Owning and completing more advanced projects as required or directed by site leadership

Supporting individual and team performance to ensure the team meets and exceeds expectations

Completing Pharmacy operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, following up on work results

Assisting in orienting and training employees through SOPs, escalating any gaps in process or quality to the appropriate leadership

Providing leadership for training and development of teams meetings and exceeding expectations

Performing all necessary duties such as packing, sorting and loading packages, restocking and ordering of supplies, and maintaining clean work areas

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have :

1+ years of Pharmacy or warehouse experience

1+ years of experience with computers and MS Office Product

Ability to work onsite at 4015 Shopton Rd. Suite 600 Charlotte, NC 28217, Sunday through Thursday from 3 : 00pm-11 : 30pm EST with the ability to work weekends and overtime as needed

Ability to lift 50 pounds

Ability to stand for up to 8 hours with intermittent breaks

Must be 18 years of age OR older
