Position Overview : Helix Aviation Academy is seeking a dynamic, dedicated, and student-centered individual to serve as our Head Football Coach and Physical Education / Health Teacher . This dual-role position is ideal for a passionate educator and coach who is committed to fostering athletic excellence, academic achievement, and personal growth in students.

Key Responsibilities :

As Head Football Coach :

• Lead and manage all aspects of the high school football program.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive training program emphasizing skill development, teamwork, sportsmanship, and safety.
• Recruit and mentor assistant coaching staff.
• Collaborate with school administration, athletic director, and parents to promote a positive team culture.
• Monitor academic progress and character development of student-athletes.
• Ensure compliance with school, district, and state athletic regulations.
• Organize practices, conditioning sessions, games, travel arrangements, and off-season programs.
