Risk Adjustment Coding Supervisor - Hybrid

HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Risk Adjustment Coding Supervisor - Hybrid to fill an opening with a physician-centric, technology-powered healthcare management company near Monterey Park, CA.

Daily Responsibilities for the Risk Adjustment Coding Supervisor - Hybrid:

• Supervise, coach, and mentor Risk Adjustment Coding Specialists to ensure high-quality, compliant coding practices
• Deliver education and training on Risk Adjustment and documentation improvement, both individually and in group settings
• Support provider outreach and education efforts to advance documentation practices aligned with risk adjustment goals

Shift: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

Required Qualifications for the Risk Adjustment Coding Supervisor - Hybrid:

• High School Diploma
• Certified Coding Specialist (CCS or CCS-P) OR Certified Professional Coder (CPC)
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Minimum of 4–5 years of medical coding experience, including Risk Adjustment and HCC coding
• Prior lead, senior, or supervisory experience

Preferred Qualifications for the Risk Adjustment Coding Supervisor - Hybrid:

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, Business, Public Health or related field
• Certified Risk Adjustment Coder (CRC)

Pay Details: $80K - $95K – this is dependent on experience
