Descripción del trabajoMonday – Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM $80K - $95k per year (based on experience) Mileage reimbursement Strong Work-Life Balance with hybrid flexibility. Unique blend of field engagement and risk adjustment education. Unlike many other RA roles that are fully desked, this role provides hands-on interaction with the team. Coach and mentor risk adjustment specialists and auditors to improve coding accuracy, documentation capture, and compliance with requirements. Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, Business, Public Health or related field required.
