Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable Inventory Clerk to support material flow throughout a manufacturing facility. This position plays a key role in accurate inventory control, timely part movement, and supporting production teams across the plant.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick, move, stage, and deliver parts based on route cards, computer instructions, or team direction
- Count parts and enter transactions into the computer system to maintain accurate inventory
- Respond quickly to expedited requests from machine builders or other team members
- Receive, put away, pack/unpack, and process transactions for incoming and outgoing materials
- Set up new parts and locations in the warehouse, including labeling
Additional Duties:
- Follow all safety procedures
- Maintain tools and equipment
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
Qualifications
- Ability to speak, read, and write English (Spanish bilingual a plus)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to follow written, verbal, and computer-based instructions
- Comfortable using warehouse computer systems, scanners, barcode readers, and tablets
- Ability to complete part transactions accurately in the system
- Able to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment
