1.Work experience as a .NET Developer for at least 6+ years

2. Proficiency in building web-based applications

3. In-depth knowledge of at least one of the .NET languages (like C# and Visual Basic .NET)

4. Familiarity with agile environments

5. Analyse system requirements and prioritize tasks

6. Write clean, testable code using .NET programming languages

7. Test and debug various .NET applications

8. Review and refactor code & Upgrade existing programs
