Pay : $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Our fleet is the backbone of our service — and we depend on skilled professionals to keep it running at peak performance.  We are seeking an experienced and dependable Fleet Mechanic to join our maintenance team. What You’ll Do :
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain company fleet vehicles — including ambulances, wheelchair vans, and support vehicles.
 - Perform comprehensive service work including brakes, suspension, steering, drivability, electrical, emissions, HVAC, and engine performance.
 - Conduct state safety and emissions inspections as required.
 - Ensure all repairs meet the “ fix it right the first time ” standard and maintain a minimum 90% productivity level.
 - Maintain accurate service documentation and communicate effectively with supervisors, drivers, and management.
 - Provide technical support and guidance to other technicians as needed.
 - Follow all company policies, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
 - Perform additional duties as assigned to support fleet operations.
 
What We’re Looking For :
Education : High school diploma or equivalent required.Experience : Minimum 2 years as a certified automotive or fleet technician / mechanic required.Preferred Experience : Strong background working with Ford vehicles and fleet service / ambulance platforms.Certifications : Active ASE certifications in at least two of the following preferred :Brakes (A5)
Steering and Suspension (A4)Engine Repair (A1)Electrical (A6)HVAC (A7)Engine Performance (A8)Advanced Engine Performance (L1)Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and service bulletins.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks including standing, bending, and kneeling for extended periods.Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.Why You’ll Love Working Here :

The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate’s educational background, skills, and professional experience. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for clinical certification pay and / or shift differentials.
