Accounting Manager

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to oversee client accounting relationships and manage a team of accounting professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Manage client accounting relationships, ensuring transparency and accuracy in financial reporting

Oversee execution of client engagements, including revenue cycle, expense management, and monthly financial close

Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, supporting their development and performance management

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master's in Accounting and / or CPA preferred

Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Accounting Manager

2+ years of audit experience in a CPA firm

Experience with complex revenue recognition and payroll processes

Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online; familiarity with Xero, Intacct, and NetSuite is a plus
