Analyst-Bus Strategist EBS

POSITION OVERVIEW :

Provides assistance in the evaluation of strategic objectives, formulation of strategic direction, and supports decision making based on assessment of business trends and data analytics. Analyze market trends, evaluating business performance to identify growth opportunities. Collaborates cross-functionally to drive data-informed decisions that impact the company’s long-term success.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. With moderate supervision assists in planning, organizing, and developing analyses / assessments of business trends, stakeholder groups, and / or change impacts.

2. Uses business analyses to assist with business case development, risk assessments, change management planning, and / or other project work.

3. Participates in cross-functional meetings to provide insight on market research, competitive analysis and industry trends.

4. Monitor KPIs and track progress against strategic objectives

5. Comply with all applicable laws / regulations, as well as company policies / procedures.

6. Perform other duties as assigned
