Senior Corporate Counsel

Amlogic is a leading multinational fabless semiconductor company producing System on Chip (SoC) solutions for Smart TVs and other consumer devices. We are seeking a senior corporate attorney to join our headquarters office in Mountain View, California.

Location : Hybrid, with three days a week in our Mountain View, California office. Standard working hours are based on the Pacific Time Zone.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of agreements, including sales and services, inbound / outbound IP and software licensing, NDAs, procurement agreements, and monitor existing agreements.
• Provide guidance on compliance matters and develop and implement compliance programs.
• Counsel internal clients on intellectual property, commercial law, competition, and other regulatory areas.
• Collaborate with the global legal team to develop and implement best practices and policies in contracting, licensing, and compliance.
• Assist with other matters as they arise : data privacy, export control, employment law, entity management, corporate governance, litigation, etc.
