Key Responsibilities
Lead the administration of global equity compensation programs and manage relationships with stock plan providers
Support the design and execution of executive compensation programs, including market analysis and preparation of proxy statement materials
Provide educational support on compensation programs and serve as a resource for equity-related inquiries
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
7-10 years of progressive experience in compensation, focusing on global equity and executive compensation
CEP Designation preferred
SPHR preferred
Ability to maintain confidentiality and meet stringent deadlines
