Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated RN Pre-Op / PACU to join our team on a PRN basis. This role is essential in supporting smooth surgical flow and ensuring exceptional patient care from pre-operative preparation through post-anesthesia recovery. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, compassionate, and thrives in a collaborative healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care in both the Pre-Op and PACU settings, ensuring continuity of care and continual evaluation of patient condition.
- Implement all physician orders while maintaining patient safety, comfort, and privacy at all times.
- Assist physicians in procedure rooms as needed, including supporting conscious sedation and utilizing sterile technique when appropriate.
- Deliver comprehensive care to patients emerging from general anesthesia and / or sedation.
- Complete accurate assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patients and families in preparation for discharge.

Graduate of an accredited school of nursingCurrent state RN licenseCurrent BLS, ACLS, and PALS certificationsMinimum of 2 years of experience in Pre-Op, PACU, or ICUWhy Join Us?
