Be the friendly, welcoming presence on the casino floor keeping the energy high and beverage service flowing. As a Casino Beverage Server, you'll create memorable guest experiences by delivering prompt, attentive service while ensuring responsible beverage practices.

What you bring to the table

  • Make sure the space stays safe, clean, and friendly for both guests and the rest of the team; speak up and report any safety concerns to the Safety Committee.
  • Provide beverage service throughout the gaming floor, carrying and serving drinks with tray service.
  • Keep beverage inventory and supplies well-stocked, restocking for the next shift to ensure seamless service.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary tray at all times for both guest satisfaction and team efficiency.
  • Greet guests warmly and professionally, making them feel valued with every interaction.
  • Stay alert to responsible alcohol service and communicate effectively with the bartender and team.
  • Jump in where needed to support the team and keep things running smoothly. (Other duties as assigned)

You'll need to be available to work weekends, holidays, and evenings when we are busy. During your shift, you'll be on your feet standing for extended periods, and frequently walk, and use your hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls. This role requires regularly lifting and / or moving up to 10 pounds, frequently lifting and / or moving up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and / or move up to 50 pounds. Frequently, bend, twist, reach and otherwise be physically limber as duties necessitate. Occasionally sit. It's important to stay calm and make good decisions under pressure, especially when dealing with stressful situations or upset people. Just a heads-up-the casino environment may expose you to secondhand smoke.

  • Friendly and approachable attitude that helps guests (and the team) feel welcome and cared for every day.
  • GED or HS Diploma preferred.
  • Possess excellent customer service skills, be team oriented and self-motivated.
  • Organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are necessary.
  • Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
  • Must have or be able to obtain a valid OLCC permit and a food handlers card.
  • Comfortable communicating clearly and positively with both guests and teammates.
  • Must pass and remain in compliance with background check and drug free workplace policies.
