As a Commercial Relationship Manager at Associated Bank, you will manage and grow a portfolio of commercial and commercial real estate clients. You'll drive revenue growth through lending, deposits, and cross-selling opportunities while providing trusted financial guidance. TEXAS - REMOTE

Key Accountabilities :

Drive loan and deposit growth by proactively managing client relationships and developing new prospects.

Partner with internal teams to cross-sell bank products and services, including Treasury Management, Capital Markets, Private Banking, and Wealth Management.

Ensure portfolio administration and risk management comply with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.

Analyze financial data to evaluate loan requests and recommend appropriate credit structures.

Provide clients with financial insights and guidance based on market trends and banking conditions.

Present loan proposals and participate in the bank's credit approval process.

Engage in community and business events to strengthen the bank's presence and referral network.

Identify client needs and connect them with the appropriate bank partners to deliver comprehensive solutions.

Education & Experience :

Required :

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting (or equivalent combination of education and experience).

8+ years of commercial banking, business-to-business sales, or business development experience with strong credit and client management skills.

Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client meetings.

Preferred :

Proven track record of cross-selling non-borrowing products and growing client portfolios.

Active involvement in community, corporate, or not-for-profit boards.
