Saint Charles Coffee & Creperie in Saint Charles, MO is looking for one kitchen staff- part time weekends (7am-3pm) to join our 13 person strong team. We are located on 336 S Main St. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and hard-working.

Position Overview

The Kitchen Staff position is a vital part of our café team. You’ll help prepare menu items to our standards, maintain a clean and organized kitchen, and support smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble menu items including crêpes, breakfast dishes, and sandwiches following recipes and presentation standards
• Maintain food quality, freshness, and consistency at all times
• Ensure safe food handling and sanitation practices in accordance with health department standards
• Assist with prep work such as chopping, mixing, portioning, and labeling ingredients
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout service
• Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, utensils, and equipment as needed
• Communicate clearly with team members and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service flow
• Receive and store deliveries; rotate stock and track inventory levels
• Follow opening, mid-shift, and closing procedures accurately
• Support special events, catering, and seasonal menu launches as needed
