Overview
The Golf Farm is seeking a motivated and passionate Junior Golf Coach to help lead and grow our junior development programs. This role is ideal for a coach who enjoys working with kids and teens, understands athletic development, and wants to be part of a modern, performance-driven training environment.
Responsibilities :
Coach and run junior golf programs for a variety of ages and skill levels
Lead AthleteGolf and TPI Academy programming for high school athletes
Deliver high-quality group classes and one-on-one lessons
Manage and organize weekly programming, lesson plans, and group schedules
Create a positive, structured, and engaging learning environment
Collaborate with instructors, TPI physical therapists, and staff to support athlete development
Communicate clearly with parents, athletes, and The Golf Farm team
Position Details :
Part-time, hourly paid position
Flexible schedule with afternoons, evenings, and weekends

Experience Required
Essential Responsibilities
Playing or coaching background in golf
Experience working with juniors and / or high school athletes
Strong understanding of golf fundamentals and athletic movement
Interest or experience in TPI-based training (certification a plus, not required)
Positive energy, professionalism, and strong communication skills
Reliable, organized, and self-motivated
