Job Description

Position Summary

The CDL Shuttle Driver is responsible for safely operating an Aspen Skiing Co. shuttle bus to transport employees and guests between locations throughout the four mountains and surrounding area. The direct supervisor of this position will vary depending on location.

Essential Job Functions / Key Job Responsibilities

• Safely drive the shuttle over specified routes or to specific destinations in a timely manner while adhering to the posted schedule and local traffic regulations
• Greet and engage employees and guests offering information about the resort including snow conditions, grooming reports, trail maps and other activities
• Maintain the shuttle by sweeping floors, removing snow, cleaning windows, checking / refilling fluids, washing bus and emptying trash
• Notify supervisor of any mechanical problems
• Maintain daily ridership log and submit daily
• Assist guests with loading and unloading equipment
• Perform other duties as assigned

Additional Information

Work environment and physical demands

Ability to reach, crouch, kneel, stand, bend or be on your feet for extended periods of time

Regularly work in wet, cold, hot conditions requiring the use of protective apparel / equipment to prevent exposure to the elements and may be required to walk on slippery and uneven surfaces

Must be able to frequency lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs. individually or with assistance

This position is classified as a seasonal full-time position eligible for the following benefit s :
