Description - What Awaits You
  • Conduct a variety of essential laboratory tests-ranging from chemistry and hematology to immunology-following established procedures to ensure top-notch results.
  • Evaluate test outcomes critically, address inconsistencies, and maintain the accuracy of laboratory instruments through routine calibration and troubleshooting.
  • Support specimen collection efforts and prepare samples for thorough testing when required.
  • Detail every procedure with precision, play a vital role in training newcomers, and commit to upholding quality assurance standards in our lab.
  • Foster a safe and clean workspace, fully complying with regulatory guidelines and accreditation protocols.
Education Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or a related allied health field is required, alongside preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.
Certifications Required
  • ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within the first year of employment.
  • Ongoing maintenance of certification is essential throughout your tenure with us.
Skills Required
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective collaboration within a healthcare environment.
  • Adept at exercising independent judgment and resolving problems, especially under pressure.
