Assignment Type : Travel nursing contract

Start Date : December 8, 2025

End Date : March 7, 2026

Duration : 13-week travel assignment

Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours per week

Shift : 12-hour days (11 : 00 AM – 11 : 30 PM)

Estimated Weekly Salary : $1990 - $2130 per week

Charting System : Paragon

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Room RN experience

Active New York State RN license

Pediatric nursing experience required

Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications

NIHSS certification and 6 CEUs on stroke-related topics required prior to start

Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) preferred

Travel nursing experience preferred

Must pass a proctored EKG exam on Day 1

COVID vaccine not required (proof or declination accepted); Flu vaccine or declination required

At least 1 year of nursing experience required

ER Nurse Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room environment

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Accurately document patient information using the Paragon charting system

Respond rapidly to emergencies and deliver advanced life support as needed

Maintain compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
