As a Remote Entrepreneur / Leader, your primary focus will be on fostering a high-performing team that excels in providing life insurance solutions. You will leverage your leadership skills to mentor agents, drive performance, and create an engaging, supportive environment that encourages growth and success.

This role does not require cold calling, as you will have access to our innovative lead generation platform connecting you with prospective clients who have shown interest in life insurance solutions.

Responsibilities

• Guide and inspire a remote team of agents, providing support and strategies to enhance their effectiveness in the field.
• Develop and implement training programs to improve agents’ product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Establish clear performance objectives and metrics, monitoring progress and providing timely feedback.
• Foster a collaborative and motivating team culture that emphasizes results and engagement.
• Work closely with senior management to align team goals with organizational objectives and initiatives.
• Recognize and celebrate team achievements to maintain high morale and commitment.
