Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls and provide assistance in a courteous and professional manner
Schedule and reschedule appointments for C&P exams while confirming required details
Document interactions accurately in the CRM system and resolve inquiries as per established guidelines
Required Qualifications
Education : High school diploma or GED required (Associate's degree preferred)
Experience : 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center
Language : Ability to read and speak English clearly and fluently
