Earn $70K-$100K+ helping local homeowners - no cold prospecting.

Warm leads dally. W-2 Base + Commission, in-person.

Must live within 30-45 minutes of High Point, NC.

What You'll Do

  • Call and qualify warm inbound leads, schedule appointments, and run in-person property visits
  • Evaluate homes, take photos, gather insights, and present offers (phone or in-person)
  • Negotiate and structure win-win deals-no hard sell
  • Track activity and pipeline in the CRM; manage relationships through closing
  • Partner closely with owners; learn a proven acquisitions process

    What We’re Looking For :

  • Character over resume : trustworthy, coachable, and hungry to grow
  • Confident communicator who listens with empathy and earns trust
  • Self-starter who takes initiative, follows through, and loves face-to-face work
  • Comfortable driving locally to meet sellers and assess propertios
  • Sales experience helps, but it's not required

  • Expected coming : $70K+ meeting targete; top performers $100K+ with commission and bonuses
  • Full-time, in-person role bated in High Point, NC (local travel required)
