Requirements :
- High School Diploma
- Must have a flexible schedule as demands might require working at least two weekends per month, evenings, holidays and special events.
Experience :
Minimum of 2 years in customer service, preferably in an athletic club, as a Barista, or other service industry preferred.Specific Responsibilities :
Be able to count and verify cash, shift activity, and gift certificates, with departing shiftBe able to use basic computer skillsMulti-tasking is a priorityBe able to recognize and greet our members by nameServe coffee and smoothies in a precise and efficient mannerAnswer multiple phone lines and be able to transfer and voicemail as necessaryKeep locker rooms cleaned and stocked with necessary suppliesGeneral Responsibilities :
