Know the features of the product offerings, optional packages & latest technology Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new / used vehicles Follow-up with buyers to secure the sale and ask for referral business Learn to overcome objections / stalls and thrive in sales closing situations Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses Bring your ‘A game’ & positive attitude with you every day Achieve high Customer Satisfaction scores from Manufacturer surveys Available to work flexible hours & Saturdays (Mon-Fri 8-6 and Saturdays 8-5) Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product features Fantastic communication skills with your customers and teammates Professional, well-groomed personal appearance Clean driving record Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen Competitive nature, winning is extremely important to the right candidate
