About the Role :

We're seeking a talented Senior Software Developer to join PSI, a subsidiary of ETS, where you’ll play a pivotal role in creating technology solutions that empower human progress. In this position, you'll design, develop, and deliver high-quality software that meets our customers' needs while supporting our mission.

As a team-oriented innovator, you will work independently, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior developers to bring reliability and ingenuity to all projects.

What You’ll Do :

• Design and Build : Develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications using Java / Spring and SQL.
• Solve Problems : Diagnose complex issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions.
• Lead Projects : Take ownership of key initiatives while delivering results with minimal supervision.
• Enhance Systems : Improve existing functionalities and create new features to adapt to evolving business needs.
• Collaborate : Work alongside product managers, engineers, and subject matter experts within an Agile framework.
• Innovate : Research new technologies and best practices to boost performance and enhance user experience.
• Document and Share : Maintain clear documentation and contribute to process improvements.
