VP Enterprise Compliance

A company is looking for a VP Enterprise Compliance, responsible for managing the bank's compliance risk management program.

Key Responsibilities

Stay updated on consumer protection laws and inform stakeholders of compliance requirements

Train clients on compliance through various methods and review policies for adherence to regulations

Perform compliance reviews, risk assessments, and manage compliance-related audits and examinations

Required Qualifications

Undergraduate degree in business or related field or equivalent training and experience

10 years of compliance experience in banking or financial services

CRCM certification preferred

Extensive knowledge of federal consumer protection laws and regulations

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and experience with relational databases preferred
