️ What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading HVAC, sheet metal, and piping projects from concept to completion
• Estimating project costs and managing budgets with precision
• Collaborating with field teams and clients to ensure top-tier results
• Traveling to job sites (1–2 days as needed) to keep projects on track

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in HVAC, sheet metal, piping, project management, and/or estimating
• High-energy, proactive mindset with a willingness to travel
• Familiarity with software like ViewPoint, Spectrum, and FieldWire
• Open to travel
