Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Pharmacist Discipline : Allied Health Professional Start Date : 11 / 03 / 2025 Duration : 26 weeks 40 hours per week Shift : 10 hours, nights Employment Type : Travel 5 years experience & 1st time traveler accepted PLEASE READ CAREFULLY Shift : 4x10's (2000-0630) Our designated week is Sunday to Sunday. Our start days for the 7 on / 7 off is Thursday, so they work 3 days in one week and 4 days in the next week. Will be required to work Weekends and holidays IF the 7 days on / off fall on a holiday or weekend Certifications Required : BLS PharmD ACLS Skills Required : Inpatient / Acute care Anticoagulants Cardiac dosing Clinical dosing Geriatric dosing High risk medications Pediatric dosing Pharmacokinetic dosing Psychotherapeutic Management Renal dosing Therapeutic med monitoring Warfarin Dosing Antibiotics Compounding IV Piggyback IV push Medications Pain Controlled Analgesia Sterile Technique Carousel System Cardiovascular Neurologic Code Response Scrub Color : Brown Days for orientation then switch to nights for shifts ALL TIME OFF MUST BE PROVIDED AT TIME OF SUBMISSION!
