ScheduleSunday : 11 : 00 AM 8 : 00 PMMonday : 4 : 00 PM 12 : 00 AMTuesday : 4 : 00 PM 12 : 00 AMWednesday : 4 : 00 PM 12 : 00 AMKey ResponsibilitiesProvide hands-on support in accordance with the individuals Person-Centered Plan and Behavior Support Plan.Maintain a structured, calm, and safe environment to support emotional regulation and behavior management.Assist with daily living activities (meals, personal care, routines, household upkeep).Implement behavior strategies consistently, documenting progress and incidents accurately.Support community integration and participation in activities aligned with the individuals goals.Maintain professionalism and clear communication with family and supervisory staff.Complete all required documentation and training in accordance with DBHDS and HAJS standards.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required; Associates or Bachelors degree in Human Services preferred.At least 1 year of experience working with individuals with autism and high behavioral support needs.Familiarity with behavior support techniques and de-escalation strategies.Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.Must pass background checks, TB screening, and complete required DBHDS training.CPR / First Aid certification required (or obtained prior to start).Physical RequirementsAbility to lift or assist with transfers up to 50 lbs.Ability to stand, walk, bend, and engage in active support for extended periods.Vacancy ID : V-2025-10-010
