Descripción del trabajoBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience). 8–10 years of progressive, hands-on experience in IT networking and / or facility operations. Networking : Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, Fortinet, Palo Alto Networks. TCP / IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VLANs, VPN (IPSec / SSL), SD-WAN. Security : Firewalls, IDS / IPS, NAC (802.1X), RADIUS / TACACS+. Physical : Experience with racking, cabling, and hardware installation in data center environments. Tools : Network monitoring (e.g., SolarWinds), packet analysis (e.g., Wireshark), ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow). Certifications : CCNP, CCIE, JNCIP, CISSP, AWS / Azure Networking, PMP. Cloud : AWS, Azure, or GCP networking and hybrid cloud connectivity. Automation : Python, Ansible, Terraform for network automation tasks. Virtualization : Virtual networking (NSX, AWS VPC), load balancers (F5). Architect, implement, and maintain enterprise-grade network infrastructure. Perform hands-on physical work, including racking, cabling, and hardware installation. Lead and manage IT infrastructure projects from planning to execution and reporting. Coordinate with and hold third-party vendors accountable for deliverables and SLAs. Troubleshoot and resolve complex network and infrastructure issues. Create and maintain accurate network documentation and provide monthly project reports. Extremely self-motivated and proactive; a true self-starter. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong sense of ownership and accountability. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong organizational and project leadership skills. Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills.
