Interview Process & Logistics

Required Education & Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).8–10 years of progressive, hands-on experience in IT networking and / or facility operations.Technical Skills (Required) :
Networking : Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, Fortinet, Palo Alto Networks. TCP / IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VLANs, VPN (IPSec / SSL), SD-WAN.Security : Firewalls, IDS / IPS, NAC (802.1X), RADIUS / TACACS+.Physical : Experience with racking, cabling, and hardware installation in data center environments.Tools : Network monitoring (e.g., SolarWinds), packet analysis (e.g., Wireshark), ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow).Technical Skills (Desired) :
Certifications : CCNP, CCIE, JNCIP, CISSP, AWS / Azure Networking, PMP.Cloud : AWS, Azure, or GCP networking and hybrid cloud connectivity.Automation : Python, Ansible, Terraform for network automation tasks.Virtualization : Virtual networking (NSX, AWS VPC), load balancers (F5).Key Responsibilities
Architect, implement, and maintain enterprise-grade network infrastructure.Perform hands-on physical work, including racking, cabling, and hardware installation.Lead and manage IT infrastructure projects from planning to execution and reporting.Coordinate with and hold third-party vendors accountable for deliverables and SLAs.Troubleshoot and resolve complex network and infrastructure issues.Create and maintain accurate network documentation and provide monthly project reports.Soft Skills :
