Job Description

Position Summary

We are looking for an Intelligence Analyst to join us in an embedded role for our global financial data and media client. You will be based in the client's Security Operations team, and contributing to international geopolitical and security analysis, risk assessments and advisory services.

You will be responsible for providing tailored tactical and strategic intelligence analysis and consulting to the client as part of a tight-knit team. You will be monitoring, analyzing and advising the client on adverse developments that could affect the safety, security, operational continuity and reputation of the business. Such developments include but are not limited to political instability and unrest, crime, terrorism, governance risks and cyber threats.

This is an onsite role at the client's New York office, working Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm, with the potential to work remotely one day a week. There may be occasional need to work out-of-hours during emergencies and time-sensitive matters.

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

This position is moderately self-directed and requires understanding and compliance with company policies, procedures, and values. The position works in an on-site office environment utilizing a computer and standard office equipment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to interact collaboratively with the team and stakeholders, and communicate via phone or text messaging. The employee may be required to occasionally lift and / or move up to 20 pounds. The position may require travel up to 5%
