Maintenance Technician

We are currently seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our Woodway Village community, a 160-unit apartment complex located in Austin, TX.

Role Overview :

As a Maintenance Technician, your primary responsibility will be to maintain the overall appearance and functionality of the property, ensuring that residents enjoy a comfortable living experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Regularly monitor the property to assess for any required repairs or modifications.
• Respond to and complete work requests for both common areas and individual apartment units.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to enhance the longevity of the property.
• Evaluate and repair appliances as necessary.
• Assist in preparing vacant units for incoming residents.
• Participate in on-call duties as needed, with a trip stipend provided for after-hours callbacks.
• Foster a safe and secure work environment for yourself and others.
