As a Security Guard - Telecom Site Patrol Driver in The Dalles, OR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech / Media / Telecom, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer at a leading technology location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help create a secure environment. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while you provide outstanding customer service and clear communication to all individuals on site. This is a driving post, requiring you to operate vehicles as you conduct routine patrols throughout the property. What You'll Do :
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sitesSupport operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and educationReceive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teamsDeliver consistent, professional security presence and customer serviceBe ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs ariseResponsibilities :
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter incidents and identify potential concerns.Interact with employees, visitors, and contractors in a professional manner, offering assistance and information as needed.Monitor for unusual activity or potential security-related concerns and report findings according to site procedures.Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site personnel to support a secure environment within the tech and data center setting.What We're Looking For :
