Customer Service Operations Representative
Customer Service is responsible for establishing, maintaining, and enhancing customer business through contract administration, customer orders, and problem resolution. The Representative II, Customer Service Operations is responsible for providing services to customers by acting as a liaison in problem-solving, research, and order problem / dispute resolution.
Responsibilities
Offer professional and timely service as a representative of Cardinal Health at-Home.
Qualifications
High School diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
2-4 years' experience in Customer Service preferred.
Prior computer experience using Microsoft Office systems required.
Team-oriented mindset.
Demonstrate a passion for healthcare.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
