  • Proficiently leading conversations with executive management across the organization.
  • Inspiring clear, actionable ideas and strategic direction.
  • Collaborating with enterprise stakeholders to define marketing requirements, use cases, and user stories.
  • Serving as a bridge between business needs and technological solutions aligned with marketing objectives.
  • Partnering closely with IT and operations to develop, manage, and execute a comprehensive product roadmap that meets customer needs.
  • Defining strategy, requirements, prototypes, testing plans, training procedures, communications, and implementation processes.
  • Tracking innovation trends within the insurance industry and monitoring digital growth in adjacent verticals.
  • Building competitive benchmarks to highlight the benefits of enhancements and new capabilities.
  • Exploring emerging technologies and delivering proactive marketing and data insights to improve customer experience.
  • Making recommendations for short- and long-term product roadmaps aligned with customer strategy and marketing goals.
  • Conducting competitive landscape assessments to guide product development and go-to-market strategies.
  • Defining measurement strategies and reporting standards to monitor initiative effectiveness.
  • Overseeing successful delivery and ongoing performance management.
  • Reporting on digital marketing KPIs and data insights, offering actionable business recommendations.
