The Executive Director of Food & Beverage will oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations at Camelback Resort. As a member of the executive committee, this leader will be responsible for driving excellence across multiple revenue centers including a la carte and concession dining, banquet operations, culinary, and beverage programs. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences, maximizing profitability, and maintaining high standards of quality, service, and operational efficiency.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Provide strategic leadership and operational direction for all food and beverage outlets.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
• Ensure consistent delivery of outstanding guest experiences through high-quality food and service.
• Maintain effective controls over food, beverage, and labor costs.
• Partner with senior leaders to drive team performance and operational excellence.
• Oversee menu development, concept innovation, and overall F&B brand positioning.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
