Comprehensive Behavioral Healthcare, a Porch Light Health company, is seeking a Peer Recovery Coach / Peer Support Specialist for our Lakewood Colorado Location. Porch Light Health is a local leader in outpatient treatment of Opioid Use Disorders and other addictive disorders. Principal Duties and Personal Attributes as a Peer Recovery Coach :
The Peer Recovery Coach will work closely with program directors and counselors, to help patients receiving medication assisted treatment, to overcome barriers that limit their ability to receive maximum therapeutic benefit from services. Peer Recovery Coach will also support patients in identifying and connecting to available resources within the community that will best support their recovery efforts. Partner with treatment providers, hospital Emergency Departments, harm reduction organizations, support services, law enforcement, and other partners to educate each about the availability of treatment and ensure effective linkage to services from the community.

Job Type : Full-Time M-F 6 : 00am - 2 : 00pm, in clinic
